Returns & Refunds

I want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, please read the policy below.

Standard returns

I accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unmarked and in their original condition

• Items must be returned in their original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

To start a return, please contact me at vic@thestickertheory.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return postage

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few working days.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the damage or fault

If the issue is confirmed, I can offer a replacement or a full refund, including any reasonable return postage costs where applicable.

 

Non-returnable items

• Used or damaged items (unless faulty or arrived damaged)

• Items returned outside the 14 day window
